Unlock free returns for $1.98

We are so excited to partner with a new system to make your returns process with Abecca Grace fast and smooth.

By paying $1.98 now on your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees.

If you don’t opt to pay the $1.98 fee now you can still return, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and other fees related to the return such as restocking and handling fees.

**Any outer shipping boxes that include "Priority Mail" must be covered, as the label will not be a Priority Mail label. Please use a plain box or bag. Any over charges will be passed onto the customer.

Please note that this service is currently only available through our website directly. Shop Pay and Facebook do not allow this feature at this time and will be subject to a flat rate return fee.

Store policies may exclude certain items from this service, such as items that are final sale.

How to Return:
Start your return by heading to our returns center:

Enter your order number or order email and zip code. You will be presented with your order history. Once there, please select the eligible item you would like to return. Select a reason for the return. If an item says “contact customer service” this means it is FINAL SALE and isn’t eligible for return. Repeat step 2 for each item you wish to return.

 

OVERVIEW: 

All returns must be received *within 15 days* of the purchase date. Returns are for Store Credit only. Items should be, undamaged, unwashed, unworn with tags and returned in their original packaging where possible. All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Items considered as a SALE item are those with a 30% discount or higher. All earrings and hats are final sale. If we receive a sale item it will be donated. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

RETURNS:

Abecca Grace accepts Returns *within 15 days* of the purchase date. 

Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. No refunds will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition OR after the 15 day window will be returned to the customer as Final Sale at the expense of the customer. If we are unable to reach the customer within 3 days of the return we will donate the item to a local clothes closet. Please include your name and order number with your return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:

If you received a defective item, contact us at info@abeccagrace.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM:

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us at info@abeccagrace.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
