Eligible returns are for Store Credit only!

OVERVIEW: All returns must be received *within 15 days* of the purchase date. Returns are for Store Credit only. Items should be, undamaged, unwashed, unworn with tags and returned in their original clear bags where possible. All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Items considered as a SALE item are those with a 30% discount or higher. All earrings and hats are final sale. If we receive a sale item back as a return, it will be donated. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Unlock free returns for $1.98

By selecting the box to pay $1.98 at checkout on your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher shipping fees.
 
If you don’t choose to pay the $1.98 fee upon checkout, you can still return eligible items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Or you can still use our convenient return portal and $9 will be deducted from your store credit amount to cover the return shipping. 
 
**Any outer shipping boxes that include "Priority Mail" must be covered, as the label will not be a Priority Mail label. Please use a plain box or bag otherwise the package maybe returned to sender by the USPS. 
 
Please note that this service is currently only available through our website directly. ShopPay and Facebook do not allow this feature at this time and will be subject to a flat rate return fee of $9 if used to cover the return shipping cost. 
 
Store policies may exclude certain items from this service, such as items that are "final sale".
 


How to Return:

Start your return by heading to our returns center:

ABECCAGRACE RETURN PORTAL

Enter your order number or order email and zip code. You will be presented with your order information. Once there, please select the eligible item(s) you would like to return. Select a reason for the return. If an item says “contact customer service” this means it is FINAL SALE (or a question was answered incorrectly related to the item being used or worn**), and isn’t eligible for return.  Repeat step 2 for each item you wish to return. Select the box for return acknowledgement and click Submit.

RETURNS:
Abecca Grace accepts Returns *within 15 days* of the purchase date. 
 
Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. No refunds will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition OR after the 15 day window will be returned to the customer as Final Sale at the expense of the customer. If we are unable to reach the customer within 3 days of the return we will donate the item to a local clothes closet. Please include your name and order number with your return.
 
MISSING, INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, or if you received a defective item, contact us at info@abeccagrace.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please send photographs of each side of the outer shipping package, including the shipping label, as well as several photos of the damaged product.
