Q: What is your return policy?
 
A: We have a 15 day return policy and all returns are for store credit, so if you don't love the item, please return it as soon as you can! Please click here to view our full return policy.
 
 
Q: What do I do if I received the wrong item or it's damaged?
 
A: If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, or if you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@abeccagrace.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please send photographs of each side of the outer shipping package, including the shipping label, as well as several photos of the damaged product. 
 
 
Q: How do I make a return?
 
A: Visit our Return Policy for additional details. If you purchased to unlock free returns for $1.98 at checkout, please use our RETURN PORTAL as the return shipping cost is included! Choose the eligible item(s) you're returning, simply print off the return label, package eligible unworn items with tags, place the shipping label and drop if off within 15 days of purchase! 
 
**Please note, any outer shipping boxes that include "Priority Mail" must be covered, as the label will not be a Priority Mail label. Please use a plain box or bag otherwise the package may be returned to sender by the USPS. 
 
If you didn't opt in by paying $1.98 at checkout, you can still use the return portal, however, $9 will be deducted from you store credit amount to cover the cost of the return shipping. Or you can choose to handle it all on your own by choosing your carrier of choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that includes tracking and insurance and ship it back to us. Our team processes returns from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Once the items are received, the items are inspected and when your return is processed, our system automatically emails a digital gift card with the store credit for the value of the items. Please be watching for the email and check your junk mail folder as well! (If you search "abeccagrace" or "info@abeccagrace.com" the email should pull up).
 
 
Q: I love my order but need a different size?
 
A: Due to high order volume and quick sell-through, we are unable to process traditional exchanges.  We recommend placing an order for the different size as soon as possible to prevent sell-out.  Or you may mail the return back to us in accordance with our return policy.  Once the return is received, you will receive an email with a digital Gift Card code usable online or in-store towards a future purchase. Our Gift Cards never expire.
 
 
Q: Can I cancel / edit my order?
 
A: Website orders move into processing very quickly. Unfortunately, once that happens, we are unable to make changes. On the rare occasion we are able to catch your order before we start processing, we will be happy to issue you a refund minus a 10% restocking fee for the credit card fees. 
 
We know you want your order fast so as soon as you place your order, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to: 
  • Adding / Removing a Discount Code
  • Billing or Shipping Address Update
  • Shipping Method Change
  • Payment Method Change
  • Order Cancellation
 
Q: Can I contact customer service?
 
A: Yes! Our team will be happy to answer your questions. Please note that our customer service team is available Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm CST via email. Q: I have a gift card / store credit but can't find it? 
 
A: All gift cards / store credits are emailed immediately once a return is processed. Please check junk and spam folders before contacting our support team.
If you search "abeccagrace" or "info@abeccagrace.com" it should pull up, but we are happy to resend it, if needed! 
 
 
Q: Where is my order shipping from?
 
A: We are located in Breckenridge, Texas and we ship all orders from our warehouse location.
 
 
Q: I have a question about sizing / fit. What should I do?
 
A: Please view our personalized size chart HERE. We also have model info and product measurements in the description for every item so you can shop with confidence.
 
 
Q: What do I do if an item is out of stock?
 
A: We try our best to bring back items that are favorites. To stay in the know, please sign up on our restock list. You will be notified if that item becomes available to purchase via email.
 
 
Q: I have not received my order, how can you help?
 
A: Unfortunately, Abecca Grace cannot guarantee that your package will not be lost or stolen on its way to you. Abecca Grace is not responsible for missing packages from USPS or UPS, or other carriers. If your order is missing or damaged, please reach out to us at info@abeccagrace.com and we can help you get started with the claim process. Please be sure to send photographs of each side of the outer shipping package, including the shipping label, as well as several photos of the damaged product. Also, Abecca Grace may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, and street name are included and correct. 
 
 
Q: When is my PRE-ORDER going to ship?
 
A: All pre-order information including ship date is in the description of the product. Please check the product for all questions regarding your specific pre-order.
 
 
Q: How does PRE-ORDER work? 
 
A: If you decide to pre-order an item on our website, please note the following:
  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
  • Pre-ordering is voluntary and cannot be cancelled once order is placed. By placing a pre-order you are claiming that item.
  • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. We will not charge you again once your pre-order has shipped.
  • For returns on pre-orders, you have 15 days from the day the order has shipped.
  • We do our very best to communicate all details for pre-orders on the Product page.
  • Pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-12 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item.
  • The date listed on the pre-order page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update, then we do not have further information at this time.
 
Q: I signed up for your email list to receive the 10% code for first time customers but haven't received it. What now? 
 
A: Please check your junk mail as first-time emails tend to end up there. Be sure to double check the email address you gave as well. If you still do not receive the code, please email us at info@abeccagrace.com
 
 
Q: I forgot to add my discount code before checkout. Can you do it for me? 
 
A: Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to retroactively apply codes. We are unable to adjust payments/pricing after an order is submitted. Please be sure to take your time and ensure all codes, credit, & discounts are applied before you hit "submit". If you forgot to use your discount code, it will still be valid to use on your next Abecca Grace purchase. 
 
 
Q: I have an Abecca Grace gift card. How do I use it?  
 
A: Simply add your gift card number to the box on the right hand side of the screen at checkout. If you don't see the box, click the drop arrow to show order details and it should appear. Tap into the rectangle box that says "Discount code or gift card", enter the code and tap the "Apply" button. 
 
It is easiest to pull up the email with the digital gift card number, highlight it, copy and then paste it into the box. Sometimes the letters and numbers are easy to transpose plus it's such a long number! Before completing the checkout process, please make sure to review your order to confirm the discount code or gift card was applied. It should immediately reflect the credit amount from your total. 
 
If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us, as we are unable to apply store credit after an order is placed but we will gladly help walk through the process if you need additional help. Please note that for privacy reasons, we do not have access to your gift card number so you will need to keep up with that to ensure you can utilize it on the site.
 
 
Q: What is Loop Returns or Offset?  
 
A: Loop Returns is the software company that provides our return program.
